Graduated in Economics from the University of San Diego, California, he has a background in operations and leadership at nationally and internationally renowned brokerage firms, having been one of the pioneers in developing the electronic trading segment in Brazil.
An engineer from the University of São Paulo, he completed an MBA at Insper. He has experience in financial planning and controlling for various product lines at financial institutions such as Banco Votorantim, Banco Itaú, and Link Investimentos.
Graduated in Engineering from the University of São Paulo, he earned a master's degree from IE Business School in Madrid. He has dedicated his career to risk management and control, as well as to the development, implementation, and oversight of processes, internal controls, and corporate governance. He has held leadership roles at financial institutions in São Paulo and New York.
Graduated in Engineering from the University of São Paulo, Gregorio began his professional career in product management at Banco Itaú. He then joined the finance department at Link Investimentos, which was later acquired by UBS. In 2013, he took on the leadership of strategic planning for the investment banking division at Itaú BBA, playing a key role in expanding the Equities business across Latin America. Additionally, he contributed to the planning of alternative investments at Pátria Investimentos, one of Brazil’s leading private equity firms. Since the founding of Ideal, Gregorio has served as Chief Risk Officer (CRO), responsible for structuring the company’s risk department. He currently leads the development of IaaS (Ideal as a Service) and oversees the expansion of new business initiatives.
With a professional background focused on the development, implementation, and management of technological solutions for brokerages and clients, he has led teams in delivering projects that enabled the growth and deepening of Brazil’s electronic trading market. He worked at several companies, including Link Investimentos, which was the largest independent brokerage firm in the country at the time. He holds an MBA with a focus on solution architecture, as well as certifications in cloud solution architecture
Graduated in Systems Analysis and Development, with an international MBA in Software Engineering, he has years of experience leading large-scale projects and developing innovative solutions for brokerages and investment banks. His professional journey includes managing teams to deliver projects that have driven the growth of Brazil’s electronic trading market. He has worked at companies such as Link Investimentos, the largest independent brokerage in the country at the time, and contributed to the business expansion of UBS in Brazil. Additionally, he holds certifications in Cloud Solution Architecture and Agile Methodologies.
Responsible for developing new business for Ideal, including new products, partnerships, and institutional client relationships, focusing on non-residents (Prop Firms, HFTs e Market Makers).
Has developed his career in renowned financial institutions such as Bradesco, Itaú BBA, and HSBC.
Holds a degree in computer engineering from ITA and CQF, CPA-20, and PQO Operations certifications.
With a background in Business Administration, he has solid experience in the financial market and is recognized for his expertise in operations processes, having worked at major national and international brokerage firms and actively participated in key innovation projects in the market. In addition to his extensive technical experience, he has established a leadership role in the institutions where he has worked. He joined Ideal in 2019 as Head of Operations. He is currently a member of B3’s Post-Trade Advisory Chamber.
Human Resources Manager at Ideal, she is also responsible for the brokerage’s facilities department. She holds a degree and a postgraduate qualification in business management, with many years of experience in administrative and human resources roles, always within the financial market. She spent most of her career at Link Investimentos, the largest independent brokerage firm in the country at the time, before joining Ideal.
Graduated in Advertising and Marketing from ESPM, he completed postgraduate studies at FGV and an MBA in Strategic Business Management at FIAP. He has solid experience in digital products, working with digital marketing, B2B partnerships, e-commerce, and product management across companies from various sectors. He joined Ideal to contribute to the development and consolidation of IaaS (Investment as a Service).
Graduated in Law from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, he completed postgraduate studies at FGV-Law. He has solid experience working as a lawyer in the areas of financial and capital markets, contracts, and compliance at prominent financial institutions such as HSBC, Cetip S.A. (now B3 S.A. – UTVM), and RB Capital S.A. He holds PQO Compliance and CPA-20 certifications.
Graduated in Law from the University of São Paulo, with a postgraduate degree in Corporate Law from FGV-Law. She worked at major law firms before joining the Ideal team. She holds the PQO Compliance certification.
Graduated in Engineering from the State University of Campinas, he began his career in the Risk Management department at B3. In 2020, he joined the Risk team at Ideal CTVM. He holds certification from B3’s Operational Qualification Program (PQO) and has international training in Management from CUOA Business School.
