We are here for the long run

Often, innovation and disruption are mistakenly taken as contradictory to stability and experience. At Ideal, we know that learning from the past, relying on experienced professionals and focusing on longer term trends allows us to challenge the status-quo while creating value sustainably.

We are an “agency-only” firm

Ideal does not transact on a principal basis because our business model is based upon the sole motivation to offer the best execution solutions free of conflicts of interest.
In short, this means all we do is in our clients’ best interests.

While we are driven by innovation and technology, we recognize that, ultimately, our clients, our employees, and the broader community dictate what we stand for.

We are uniquely positioned to help investors navigate an ever-evolving marketplace.

We are a group of entrepreneurs with a passion
for technology.
Our tireless quest for innovation can only be pursued by a multidisciplinary team, with proven experience building electronic trading solutions. A team we are greatly proud of.

Our Products and Services

Financial Intermediation

Ideal provides brokerage services for securities traded at B3, the São Paulo Exchange. More than simply offering access to financial markets, we partner up with clients and develop solutions to optimize their trading flows.

Our offering is centered on the “I deal” approach, i.e., the client executes trades with no further intervention. Through a Direct-Market-Access-only model, we eliminate human and operation barriers, meaning:

No conflicts of interest: clients manage their executions

Rigorous protection of clients’ information: clients trades are secured electronically, with no manual management their orders.

Significantly reduced operation risk: with the right set of controls and, again, no manual interventions, transactions are virtually free of the typical operational frictions associated with “analogical” execution methods.

Lastly, and by no means less important… all the above reduces transactional inefficiencies and costs.

Market Data Solutions

We help our clients develop taylor-made mechanisms to receive and process market data (real-time or historical).

These solutions are becoming increasingly important in a context of decision making more and more reliant on electronic or algorithmic processing.

And stay tuned, there is a lot more to come!

In short, our “client-centric DMA DNA” allows clients to earn tangible gains, only possible in a context of high automation and operational efficiency.

Our Style

Inspired by

people

Without empathy, there is no connectivity. Here, our team of people, the broader community and, of course, clients, are our main source of inspiration.

Keeping the right balance between

innovation and experience

We value experience while recognizing that a fast pacing reality demands the ability to adapt and to constantly reinvent oneself. We are nonconformists who pioneer the future learning from what we have lived in the past.

Scalability not just a

nice-to-have

We think and do things systematically. Scalability is not just a way of differentiating ourselves: it is a necessity.

Excellence

Excellence is sometimes a beaten concept. For us, it is an obsession, the only way we do things: always with full transparency and based upon strong governance, a robust operational platform and effective risk controls.
